As long as the floor is prepared correctly and the correct adhesive and grout is used.   2) What is the difference between a wall tile and a floor tile?     They are 2 entirely different products. Wall tiles cannot be used on the floor but floor tiles can be used on the wall.   3) How much adhesive and grout will I need?     This will depend on the size of the tile,the width of the joint being used and the area to be covered.   4) Can you work out how many tiles I need?     Yes. We can give you a guide but if you are employing a professional tradesperson, it is their responsibility to work this out for you.   5) Are these tiles readily available?    Yes. If in stock at our suppliers, delivery is generally within a few days.   6) Are different colour grouts available?     Yes. There are more than 20 colours available, of which we stock 10.   7) We have ordered too many tiles, can I return them?     Yes. They can be returned to our suppliers, but they stipulate that they must be full cartons only and it must be within 2 weeks of delivery. Our suppliers will charge a handling charge to take them back.   8) How will I know whether the tiles will suit my kitchen?     Bring with you a sample of your worktop and a cupboard door. For a small deposit you may take home some sample boards.   9) I'm not sure what I am looking for?     Why not pay us a visit to see our vast selection of tiles and our knowledgable staff can advise you on the design.   10) How do I order?       You can either place an order in person or by telephone.
